对于注册免费套餐的用户来说，他们是否清楚自己对“他们的”论坛内容的法律责任？（我想到的是英国的《在线安全法》，但其他司法管辖区也将有自己的立法。）

特别是，关于年龄验证、非法内容（色情、剥削、诱骗）的报告。
