最後に再構築したのはいつですか？ああ、でもこれはしばらく前から続いています。

最近、httpポートが.well-knownパスにリダイレクトされることについて何かありましたが、あなたの場合はhttpsです。acmeプロセスが何らかの理由でリッスンしていないとすれば、タイムアウトするのはあまり意味がありません。
