이 기능은 신뢰 등급 3에만 적용되는 것 같습니다. 신뢰 등급에서 강등될 수 있는 유일한 등급이 3이기 때문이죠. 누군가 "왜 tl3을 잃었나요?"라고 물을 때 관리자가 답변할 수 있도록 이 버튼이 추가된 것 같습니다.
