Hi, would like to gather interest in supporting Libera Chat in [Discourse Chat Integrations](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-chat-integration/66522)

If the current implementation already works, then could the table change from IRC Cloud to Libera Chat

As it stands, the user doesn’t know if their client is supported in Discourse

Matterbridge has IRC support in their API which could be used, they also had a [Discourse plugin](https://github.com/DeclanHoare/matterbabble), but it has ceased development
