안녕하세요,

포럼을 만들고 싶은데, 블로그 형태가 더 적합할 것 같습니다. 게시글을 작성하고, 사용자는 댓글만 달 수 있게 하며 새 게시글 작성을 막고 싶습니다. 어떻게 제한을 걸 수 있는지 찾아보려 했지만 방법을 찾지 못했습니다.
