# Link Discourse with a Twitter account (Adding Twitter card and via attribute)

I think it could be great to be able to link an Discourse install with a Twitter account.

We could use it to:

- Add Twitter card: [X Developer Platform](https://dev.twitter.com/cards/types/summary)
- Add `via` attribute in the share link for Twitter: [X Developer Platform](https://dev.twitter.com/web/tweet-button/web-intent)
