You mean something like [Configure an S3 compatible object storage provider for uploads](https://meta.discourse.org/t/using-object-storage-for-uploads-s3-clones/148916#linode-object-storage)? That should Just Work. Are you running a recent version? (What version is it? Did you do a [standard install](https://meta.discourse.org/t/142537?silent=true)? Do you have any non-standard plugins?) There was a recent discussion here about someone who was getting those links and didn’t want them.
