# 上传链接应遵循“在新标签页中打开所有外部链接”设置

也因为我不明白为什么 PDF 会下载而不是在新标签页中打开，我认为我们应该有这个选项，而不是让 [thoka](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-send-pdf-inline/280875?u=ethsim2) 提供必要的插件。

我明白 Moodle 有一种在新标签页中显示下载页面的方式，就像 Discourse 上的“页面是私有的或不存在”页面一样。
