Not supported at the moment but we have a lot of the building blocks to make it happen, perhaps worth slipping into a Contribute > Feature topic if you can specify exactly how you see it working.
The downside on NSFW scanning unposted images is that you could mount llm costs when people just play with the upload button.
On some forums though I could see use in a
[Awaiting content scanning] placeholder
Which shows up until the image is finally scanned.
