# 주제를 잠그면 게시물이 위로 올라가지 않음

이제 주제를 잠그면 /latest에 해당 주제가 위로 올라옵니다. 하지만 해당 주제는 새 댓글이 닫혀 있으므로 이는 전혀 불필요합니다. 예를 들어 태그를 수정할 때 아무 일도 일어나지 않듯이, 잠금/닫기 기능도 그렇게 작동할 수는 없을까요?
