# Login Button doesn't work on Discourse Forum for Signed Up Users

Pulling my hair out here…
If a user is Signed Up, they can’t log in. The Create Account form gets populated, but when login is clicked the page reloads.
All I get on the redirect is `https://community.{name}.com/?authComplete=true` but I’m still logged out.
Anyone else running into this? We’re totally locked out from using discourse…

Do you have sso enabled and do you have any other plugings installed and as an admin can you login

Hey Paige - I do. There is something weird happening with the hand-off between auth0 and discourse, and I think it’s the identity ID.
We ended up deleting my discourse account (user profile) and recreating it. Now I can log in, but I’m really unsure what happened and whether other people are going to experience it.
