Wow! That’s a longstanding issue you are having. 
Sorry you didn’t get any response. I guess it’s because nobody else here uses Dashlane? Personally I have not heard of it, and I don’t know why it would treat Discourse differently from any other site you have to log into. Maybe this is a question you can ask them?
