It might be worth double-checking to see if you have any custom theme code interfering as well. I’ve just checked to see, and all my custom fields line up properly: [custom fields aligned]

Heyy @JammyDodger , Thanks for the suggestion , it actually helped , you were right, the discourse ratings plugin was causing the problem .
