# Long description text box for Badges extends beyond boundary

@chapoi I noticed you changed my title from

> Long description text box for Badges extends beyond boundary under Horizon theme

to

> Long description text box for Badges extends beyond boundary

This removed some useful information.

To avoid unnecessary misunderstandings, when I posted this topic, I switched between the four themes in the lower-left corner of the interface to verify, and this issue only occurs under the Horizon theme. 🙃

That’s odd, I tested too in the normal Foundation theme, and the problem persist there too.

I’m on Meta Branded and cannot see it. It appears when I use Horizon.

this is reproducable in [safe mode](https://meta.discourse.org/t/53504?silent=true). it does not matter what theme is enabled.

Judging from your screenshot, it should be the `/u/<id>/badges` page? I haven’t earned any badges with descriptions as long as that yet, so I only checked the [`/badges`](https://meta.discourse.org/badges) page. 😅

Alright then! Since this is a bug, the more thoroughly it’s fixed, the better. 😀

So I think my edit of the title was warranted 🙂

Dont know why we’re seeing such different things tho. Either way, it’s most likely a core fix.

I think it might be because on Meta Branded, the Badges page has 2 per row, as compared to the others, which has 3.

If I were to force it to be the same width, then yes, the text overflows.

Maybe this is another related question of the same kind: Should the favorite button obscure the text? I don’t think that feels quite right. 🙂
