Indeed, I can repro the issue.

We just [changed this element to something new,](https://meta.discourse.org/t/introducing-a-new-post-type-composer-actions-dropdown/403635) so this issue should no longer relevant after that change becomes the default.

In the meantime, I’ll see about a quickfix.
