特色主题和非特色主题之间的处理方式有什么区别？仅仅是带缩略图和不带缩略图的区别吗？

Canapin 正在使用 [Topic List Previews](https://meta.discourse.org/t/topic-list-previews-theme-component/209973?u=merefield)，这是原始的缩略图插件。如果您不包含缩略图，您将已经获得类似没有缩略图的效果（除非您勾选了默认图像选项并提供了一个默认图像）。
