# Looking for phpBB to Discourse migration expert — 870K posts, Hebrew RTL

**I need to migrate a large phpBB forum to a modern platform (preferably Discourse).**

**The forum:**

- ~870,000 posts

- Hebrew-language community (right-to-left support is required)

- Domain: [otzar.org](http://otzar.org) (significant SEO value — URL redirects are critical)

**What I need:**

- Full migration of all posts, threads, categories, users, and attachments

- Proper 301 redirects from old phpBB URLs to new Discourse URLs

- RTL (right-to-left) Hebrew language support configured correctly

- The forum should look and function properly after migration

**Important:**

- We cannot afford significant downtime

- All historical data must be preserved

- SEO must be protected

**Please share:**

- Examples of similar large-scale phpBB migrations you’ve done

- Your approach to URL mapping and redirects

- Estimated timeline and cost
