Thank you! This certainly solves a big part of the problem, and is great to know.

As @Moin says, automatic messages might be an issue?

Another part of what we’re looking for is a way for text to appear if someone were to flag immediate concerns e.g. _Please call 999. This forum is not monitored 24/7,_ and an email and text sent to our Safeguarding Officers. Is there any way of doing this with custom flags?
