# 信任等级丧失

我有一位用户从3级降到了2级（3级允许访问会员专区，而2级不允许）。

她在专区里发了一些帖子，因为无法访问自己的话题而非常沮丧。她认为这是管理员或版主主动采取的行动，因此感到受伤，觉得自己的价值未被认可。

我自己也不清楚她的等级为何会降低，但告诉她这应该是后台操作，并且我已经纠正了这个问题。

现在我了解到，这是一个监控用户活动并根据算法自动调整会员等级的功能。

我认为这个功能并不实用。有没有办法禁用它？
