Could you try a second /launcher rebuild app. That can often kick things into shape.

Forgive me, this is a new way. However, after adding the email to my admin account and receiving the email to prompt me to log in, this unfortunately doesn’t make a difference.

Can you have a look in your browser console for an error when you load one of the problem pages?

It seems very similar to a cloudflare auto minify issue from a couple of months back.
