# Lost regular badge

Hi I was a regular on the pytorch forums but recently it seems like i completely lost it

See screenshot when I was awarded the badge

There’s even some non active accounts that seemed to have kept it but for whatever reason mine isn’t included [PyTorch Forums](https://discuss.pytorch.org/badges/3/regular) (my name used to show up here)

Hi there, you’ll need to reach out directly to the admins of Pytorch because the settings are customisable so they will be able to tell you why.
