# Lost the Admin right

Hi all, newbie here, I just want to double check about my Admin right is regularly lost out.

I have the admin right over our Community, then after few days, I got kicked out of the admin board.

At first we thought there were just honest mistakes from fellow admins, but it turned out to be repeated events.

Please help me.

This is probably another admin removing you as the admin of your community.

You might want to raise this with them instead. Who performed the action can be verified in the logs.

That is a ‘new user notice’, which is visible to TL2 users and above here on Meta. It’s something to encourage a friendly welcome and a slightly more relaxed approach to anyone not quite getting the hang of everything straight away. 🙂

I don’t think it has anything to do with the disappearing admin issue in the OP though.

Most of the times this is caused by a misconfigured [DiscourseConnect](https://meta.discourse.org/t/13045?silent=true) setup. Does your instance uses [DiscourseConnect](https://meta.discourse.org/t/13045?silent=true) (SSO) for logins?
