В большинстве случаев это вызвано некорректной настройкой [DiscourseConnect](https://meta.discourse.org/t/13045?silent=true). Использует ли ваш инстанс [DiscourseConnect](https://meta.discourse.org/t/13045?silent=true) (SSO) для входа?
