# 如果主题组件引入设置，网站会出现大量错误

If a theme component starts **without any theme settings** , and then you update via the admin section to one with theme settings (by pulling a new commit). There is an edge case where you can have error central cause certain critical assets are not quite ready.

Work around is simple, change one of the new settings, but it often can require switching to [safe mode](https://meta.discourse.org/t/53504?silent=true).
