素晴らしい！[smtp.gmail.com](http://smtp.gmail.com) に到達できました。それは賢い考えでした。Mailgun は間違いなくその特定の IP アドレスをブロックしています。Mailgun のサポートはあまり役に立たないので、来週新しい IP アドレスでやり直すことになるかもしれません。

サイトを新しいHetznerサーバーに移行したところ、メールが期待どおりに動作するようになりました。メールを壊したのが何だったのか知っている人はいるでしょうか！助けてくれた皆さん、ありがとうございます。いずれにせよ、この経験からトラブルシューティングについて何かを学べたので、時間の完全な無駄ではありませんでした。
Mailgunのサポートは、問題がサーバー固有のものであったと確信しています。影響を受けたIPからのアクティビティは確認されておらず、IPを積極的にブロックしていたわけではないとのことです。

もし今日、同じ問題に遭遇した方がいれば、🇨🇦 申し訳ありません、同じ問題を引き起こしたと思われるgemのアップデートをマージしてしまいました。
