# 邮件问题，仅涉及部分用户重置密码

我们最近从 vbulletin 转换过来。

有些用户收不到 Discourse 的密码重置邮件，而有些用户则一切正常。

收不到密码重置邮件的用户，仍然能正常收到摘要邮件。

以下是收不到密码重置邮件的用户邮件错误日志：

有人知道如何解决这个问题吗？我想实际的邮件设置应该是正确的，因为对某些人来说它是有效的？

似乎问题在于我们的邮件提供商一天发送了太多的邮件，他们的返回数据可能与 Discourse 期望的不符。
