# Mail-Receiver - 公开电子邮件地址，我需要担心垃圾邮件吗？

为了避免这种情况，如果可能的话，保护地址不被网络爬虫抓取可能有所帮助。我不确定如何做到这一点，但见过通过使用验证码或“点击显示地址”选项来防止爬虫抓取地址的实现方式。

如果垃圾邮件太多，更改地址也很简单。

当收到电子邮件时，会创建一个临时用户，通过垃圾邮件，您可以立即阻止他们的电子邮件和 IP 地址。
