# Mailing List Mode - Not sending to more than just a couple of users

Oh Oh! I think i’ve worked it out, [it’s because mailing\_list\_frequency is set to ZERO](https://meta.discourse.org/t/mailing-list-mode-broken-experience-in-transition-from-1-5-1-6/44863) for all failing users!

EDIT! Bingo! Set that to ‘1’ for all users and that fixed it!
