# Make category notification choices language consistent

Right now the language to describe category notification choices differs slightly between the category page and a user’s preferences page.

On the category page Discourse uses

- **Watching**
- **Tracking**
- Watching First Post
- **Normal**
- **Muted**

On the user preferences page Discourse uses

- **Watched**
- **Tracked**
- Watching First Post
- **Regular**

The biggest discrepancy is do we use “Normal” or “Regular”?
