Is there a way to make “Skip review media groups” apply only when users upload images or files, but not when they use external image links?
Right now, even when users insert images via URL, the post still gets reviewed. I would like this feature to only trigger when users upload media directly (images or files).
If this isn’t currently possible, I’d love to know if there’s a workaround or if it could be considered as a feature request.
Skip review media groups 설정은 미디어가 Discourse에 직접 업로드되었는지, 아니면 URL을 통해 외부에서 링크되었는지에 관계없이 임베디드 미디어를 포함하는 모든 게시글에 적용됩니다.
현재 해당 설정을 사용하여 특정 사용자 그룹의 검토를 건너뛸지 결정할 때 업로드와 외부 링크를 구별할 수 있는 별도의 설정이 없으며, 직접 업로드된 미디어에서만 검토가 트리거되도록 하는 우회 방법도 없습니다.

Currently, Embedded media post allowed groups distinguishes between uploads and external links. I was wondering if there’s a way to make the Skip review media groups setting leverage the mechanism used in Embedded media post allowed groups. Is there any setting or method that could make this possible?
