使“智能列表”功能成为可选

我今天合并了一个用户偏好设置：

FEATURE: Add user preference to disable smart lists

转到“偏好设置”>“界面”，然后取消选中“在撰写器中启用智能列表”。网站管理员还可以使用 default_other_enable_smart_lists 网站设置更改所有用户的默认设置。
