# 让标签更明显

我注意到标签很容易被误认为是普通文本和标题的一部分，例如这里：

乍一看，可以读成“使用 Discourse 引用”。

如果所有标签都加上井号（#），会不会更好呢，因为人们已经习惯了？甚至可以采用不同的颜色（由管理员自定义）？

或者可以遵循帖子中使用的相同格式，带有标签图标，但仍然使用自定义颜色：
