Isso é possível usando o componente de tema [Trendy Login](https://meta.discourse.org/t/trendy-login/206955) e [Page Publishing](https://meta.discourse.org/t/page-publishing/151971). Se você for às configurações do TC, encontrará uma configuração `login subheader`. Aqui você pode adicionar FaQ e Sobre  
`<a>FaQ</a> | <a>Sobre</a>`

Resultado:
