찾고 계신 설정은 `approve unless allowed groups`와 `approve new topics unless allowed groups`입니다. 해당 설정에 포함된 그룹의 멤버가 아닌 모든 사용자는 게시물이 승인될 때까지 기다려야 합니다.

`모든 게시물 검토`는 많은 사용자를 혼란스럽게 합니다. 이 설정은 모든 게시물을 검토 대기열에 보냅니다. 하지만 중요한 점은, 게시물이 게시된 후 승인 요청이 아닌 ‘검토’만 요청된다는 것입니다.
