# Math mode hard to use with rich text editor

Not sure what I did wrong before (oh, they don’t have upper case for `\Alpha` or `\Beta` since “A” and “B” work), but these all seem to be working here, copied from your link with a bit of keyboard macro magic.

- ALPHA: A, \alpha 
- BETA: B, \beta 
- GAMMA: \Gamma, \gamma 
- DELTA: \Delta, \delta 
- EPSILON: E, {\epsilon,\varepsilon} 
- ZETA: Z, \zeta 
- ETA: H, \eta 
- THETA: \Theta, {\theta,\vartheta} 
- IOTA: I, \iota 
- KAPPA: K, \kappa 
- LAMBDA: \Lambda, \lambda 
- MU: M, \mu 
- NU: N, \nu 
- XI: \Xi, \xi 
- OMICRON: O, o 
- PI: \Pi, {\pi,\varpi} 
- RHO: P, {\rho,\varrho} 
- SIGMA: \Sigma, {\sigma,\varsigma} 
- TAU: T, \tau

But if the above doesn’t work on your site, then you have something wrong. As you see, it’s working here.

In your first example, you had double backslashes and in your second example, you’re using the visual editor (as someone else pointed out)
