@pmusaraj Awesome! I am definitely still very interested in the bridge as separated networks has been a pain point for my communities

Just wanted to make sure you saw above that there was already a significant amount of code in an implementation [above](https://meta.discourse.org/t/matrix-protocol-for-chat/210780/21)? It seemed like it just needed to be 1) updated for modern discourse version, 2) add docs, 3) the outstanding items listed in that post (media uploads/typing notifs), 4) matrix stickers/reactions if those have changed since 2023. I have not done a code review or tried it, but was just wondering if that could be a good jumping off point to start your project
