# Max trust level to view topic

i wanna setup:

Min trust level:0 can be create topic. Sumary topic be posted upto 400 topic. This user can view other topic  
Or  
we setup max leval in order to view all topic

Because, we can’t setup category permisscions so i solve by way trust leval
