# Member not receiving emails

I have a member of our forum who says she does not receive email notifications…yet when I log in as the admin and send her a test, she says she gets it. Is this even possible? She does not have mailing list enabled. Any ideas?

there could be various reason.

These are the default settings that you can compare with
