# Meta 应该使用全球默认值

原因：
如果 Discourse 如此出色，那么您就不需要更改它，或者如果您确实要更改它，那么应该为全球所有人更改。
人们可以“看看发生了什么”，而无需前往另一台纯净版测试机来展示发生了什么……

我不同意。没有两个社区是完全相同的，也没有两个社区有相同的需求。Meta 上有很多我们不使用的工具，因为它们不符合我们的用例，反之亦然，我们有一些其他社区不需要的东西。这就是 Discourse 的魅力——灵活性。

同意。不过我可能弄错了。用户是否可以在没有预览主题的情况下加载主题创建器，以查看默认的 vanilla discourse？

然后，您将看到专门的 [theme creator theme](https://github.com/discourse/tc-theme)。但您可以选择侧边栏主题切换中的“默认”或在此处的 meta 中的界面设置，或者在 theme creator 中创建一个新主题并预览它，而无需进行任何更改。
@jidanni 从“defer”到“mark unread”的更改是全局更改。您只需等待其他 Discourse 论坛的下一次更新。
