# Meta tag title change

What is the easiest way to change the structure of the meta title?
Currently I have below
Topic Title - #2 by username last reply - Category Name - SiteName
how can I remove the “# by username”?

actually the # username in the title changed when we scroll and its a link to point to a specific post in the topic and it already has a canonical tag which is fine.
However I still need to change the meta title for the other pages like tag & category page.
For tag page currently “Topics tagged tag-name” where can I change this meta title?
