我们之所以需要进行两次导入，是因为随着时间的推移，旧主题不可避免地会被合并到新主题中。但帖子仍然会保留旧的 ID，并首先被提取。此时，由于还没有相应的主题被导入，所有这些帖子都会被丢弃和丢失。
