사용자 이름이 모두 Discourse 가이드라인을 따르도록 정제(sanitize)되어, 기본적으로 모두 문자, 숫자 또는 _로 변경된 상태라 더 이상합니다.
어쨌든 기본값이었던 utf8으로 문자 인코딩을 utf8mb4에서 변경하니 처리는 진행되었지만, 이번에는 잘못된 이메일 관련 오류가 발생하고 있습니다.
