I’ve just deployed the first version of this that supports linking to topics. For example: [inlineRegexp with the new Markdown-it](https://meta.discourse.org/t/inlineregexp-with-the-new-markdown-it/66525)

Tomorrow I’m going to look at the whitelisted title version.
