# Mini oneboxing doesn't preview for encoding slug generation method

when slug generation method is on encoded, the mini oneboxing preview is not shown correctly:

It seems that `Excon.public_send(@http_verb, ...)` return 404.  
Oneboxing, for example, this file: [https://www.nalog.ru/html/sites/www.new.nalog.ru/docs/instruction\_installation.pdf](https://www.nalog.ru/html/sites/www.new.nalog.ru/docs/instruction_installation.pdf) also don’t work.  
May be some request headers wrong, or some additional properties need to set for Excon?

I think its a bug, we should fix it.
