# 국제 사이트의 최소 제목 길이

이 단순히 유럽 중심적이어서는 안 된다는 것입니다.  
Discourse는 UTF-8을 지원하므로 기본값을 설정하는 알고리즘도 더 좋아야 합니다.  
중국어를 사용하는 사용자를 가정하고 Discourse가 기본값을 설정한다면, 서구의 모든 관리자가 더 높은 기본값을 설정해야 할 것입니다.  
이것은 동양의 관리자가 모두 기본값을 변경해야 하는 현재의 반대 상황과 마찬가지로 불공평합니다.
