This has been [brought up before](https://meta.discourse.org/t/emoji-not-showing-properly-on-the-category-description-area/23977), but maybe now that [Emoji is supported elsewhere](https://meta.discourse.org/t/emojis-arent-displayed-in-title-when-searching/32587/2), the tides have turned?
