# Missing Group Notifications on Discourse

I have an email address for the group. It works without any issues. My problem, however, is that I do not receive any notifications from the group’s incoming messages on Discourse. I am the group owner and the group messages are being watched. `group_in_subject ` is enabled. What setting is wrong?
I have a memory that this has been asked before, but the search provides too many results. I obviously can’t find the right search term.
Any ideas?

I’m struggling still with this.
Is it so that when a group inbox gets an email it doesn’t inform me, as a member of that group, as Discourse normally does when there is PM, but only way to get a notification is email?
