# 移动端：竖屏下列被挤压

Hello, new Discourse user here. I have just finsihed installing my first forum and run into an issue on mobile: on portait the columns are squeezed, on landscape, on portrait in the Discourse app and on desktop are looking fine. please take a look at the screenshot atatched!

What you’re seeing is the desktop view on a very narrow mobile screen. Make sure you’re on the mobile view

It’s automatic unless you actually request the desktop view on your phone. In which case your preference is remembered until the next time you change it.
