# Mobile site not working (for specific install)

The mobile version of [community.wanikani.com](http://community.wanikani.com) is not loading at all, across multiple devices and browsers (the topic where people are complaining about it is not public). I am **not** seeing this issue on meta or two other Discourse communities that I use.

By emulating the mobile view using Chrome, I can reproduce the issue, and I see this in the console.

Looks like you have a theme component or theme that needs updating under Admin \> Customize. Give that a shot and let us know if that resolves it.
