# Moderating the forum

My team is interested in using Discourse for support. We’ll have a small team of moderators and a large user base who will ask a lot of questions. What’s the best way to ensure that we can answer all of the questions that come in? Anyone have experience with this?

For the moderator attention plugin, any way for it to only mark topics where the original post was not seen by moderators?
